Hideo Tanaka At one time, the asset “Real Estate”has limited its main player because of necessity of enormous fund scale and of existence of peculiar risk.
Nowadays, being based on the growing transparency of real estate investment market, financial commoditization of Real Estate has progressed, and the depth of players in this industry has spread greatly and its market is globalizing.
We, A.D.Works, as a team of professionals of Real Estate which entered into the growth phase as a financial product, will continue to create high-quality products and services which can obtain satisfaction and reliance from clients, while holding the concept of sustainability in our mind.
The skill, know-how and network of our company would like to be the bridge which can link more real estates with more clients.
And we will be pleased if we can contribute to the prosperity of real estate market and the sustainable development of Japanese economy, furthermore.

Origin of the name of our company

The history of A.D.Works started for the reason that Naoji Aoki had opened dyeing business in present Sumida-Ward, Tokyo in 1886.
Then, it had changed into "Aoki Dyeing Works" as a corporate organization in 1936.
And former President Mr. Noboru Aoki had launched a real estate division in parallel to dyeing business in 1970.
It focused on the business of developing residential-land and sale-in-lots, and then the dyeing business was abolished. And all contents of the company are completely shifted to a real estate business in 1975.
In 1995, with Hideo Tanaka's installation to president, the company name was changed into "A.D.Works". It is related to "Aoki Dyeing Works".
Although the contents of our company are also expanded greatly now, and we have been developing the new business field which united finance and real estate, the confidence and the pride which stand on a long tradition and technology is still being inherited continuously.
